Sarah Joyce Corr is our director. Having built a mixed use portfolio of her own, Sarah is now branching out and helping other investors manage and expand their own property portfolios. Having worked in Real Estate Law for the last seven years, Sarah now runs our Corringham office and has fully replaced her salary income through property and is dedicated to helping others do the same.
I'm delighted to be bringing my passion for property and passive income to my very own office on the high street and feel particularly honoured to be doing so in a property that my grandparents built many years ago. To be able to carry on the property investment cycle two generations down the line and really kick on from what my grandparents started is a privilege and I am incredibly excited to see how far we can go.
At William Joyce Lettings we fully manage all of our own investment properties in-house and have now opened our doors to likeminded landlords to give them and their properties the service they deserve at a cost-effective price.
