Portfolio Review

Whilst it is important to keep expanding your portfolio and look to continually increase your cashflow, it is equally important to assess whether your current portfolio is performing as well as it could/should be.

It is often just little tweaks that can have a significant impact. Things such as: paying greedy agents too much in fees, not being on the best mortgage product for you, not reviewing things such as energy bills or keeping up with gradual rent increases can turn underperforming assets around whilst spending very little! This adjustments to make sure your portfolio is at its optimum is just as, if not more, important than expanding.

How does the portfolio review work?

We offer our clients a complimentary portfolio review. We structure the review in the following way:


Business goals: is the strategy that you are currently using aligning with your business goals?

Finance: are you using the correct finance product for your property and is there a better way to structure what you are currently doing?

Tax: are you set up in the most tax-efficient way and using all of your available tax breaks?
